Our goal is always to increase the sales price of your home while decreasing the amount of time on the market while making your home stand out among comparative homes on the market. We strive to create an environment that will give multiple buyers that emotional attachment to your home. Staging services range from hourly consultation to full vacant stage and everything in between.
HOME REDESIGN AND DECORATING
Custom Pricing Based on Size and Scope (Requires Initial Consultation)
We offer completely personalized interior decorating services on projects ranging from single room to full home. We specialize in designing new spaces utilizing proper scale and aesthetic of new furnishings, fixtures, lighting and decor. We also redesign kitchens and baths, utilizing their existing footprint. This may include redesigning a new space with new countertops, backsplash, faucets, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry and paint.
What we DON'T do: projects that require ground-up build, tear downs or moving walls or plumbing.
SHORT TERM RENTAL DESIGN

We focus on design done right for your Airbnb, vrbo, or private vacation rental. We want to help you capture the maximum potential rental income while achieving full time occupancy of your vacation rental. We will coordinate everything from the redesigning and styling to the stocked amenities to ensure your guests feel like they're comfortably enjoying their stay at their home away from home.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
Starting at $350 for up to two hours
This service is offered for staging or design clients.
For staging, we walk the listing property and provide a complete recommendation to ensure the home is photo ready for listing. This includes everything from paint selection, fixture swap out, decluttering, recommendations for editing existing furniture layout, styling advice and more.
For design, we first collect detailed information about your project needs and wants via our design questionnaire. We then walk the property with you and make our initial design recommendations, including spatial planning, color choices and functional flow of the space. From here, we can either leave you with general purchase recommendations and you can take the project on from there or you can enlist us to source and purchase all of the needed inventory and trade experts to see the project to full completion.

ABOUT ME
My name is Katie Winship and I'm the proprietor and lead designer for Winship Staging & Design based in North County, San Diego, California. They say that the spaces where you spend the most time eventually become part of who you are, which is why I believe everyone deserves to be inspired by their surroundings. Ever since I was a little girl, I followed my mom all around our house and her home decor and accessory businesses, learning about accessorizing in threes, mixing shapes and textures, staying neutral and accessorizing with color, and telling a story with decor. As an experienced Home Stylist, I have the opportunity to create these inspiring spaces through smart design, creative style, practicality and functionality. With our consistent yearly "Best of Houzz" awards since we launched our business coupled with the support of our expertly trained design and installation staff, I look forward to helping you fulfill your next design dreams!
